Emcee Coordinators
Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between the Emcees and the Production Staff, coordinating and attending Emcee rehearsals, and assisting the Musical Director in the selection and development of Emcee acts.

Judges and Awards
Responsibilities include selecting and training judges for IU Sing, organizing the judges banquet, selecting trophies, and coordinating the IU Sing awards presentation. Musical or previous IU Sing experience is not necessary.

Marketing and Web Design
This committee will be responsible for all the advertising and publicity for IU Sing. Marketing will work directly with the campus and community newspapers, local radio stations, billboard company, and printing companies to promote IU Sing. Responsibilities also include designing the IUSF website, such as the layout of IU Sing information,posting the Songleader Manual and calendar, and updating the web page with all IU Sing announcements.

Program Coordinators
Responsibilities include designing the layout of the IU Sing program, writing the copy, and Program Coordinators will work with the Sponsorship committee to coordinate sponsor ads. Adobe graphics program experience required.

Songleader Producers - “SLPs”
SLPs serve as advisors to Songleaders throughout the entire IU Sing process. SLPs are available to Songleaders at all times for consultation. Previous IU Sing experience is necessary.

Sponsorship and Tickets
The sponsorship committee will work with area businesses to secure sponsorships for IU Sing. Sponsorship will also coordinate program advertisement sales with the Program Committee. This position is a good experience for those seeking to gain a position in sales and advertising or marketing. This committee will also be in charge of ticket sales to housing units and VIPs, coordination of tickets with the IU Auditorium Box Office, and distribution of tickets.

Stage Directors
Stage Directors will work closely with IU Sing Technical Director, Steve Solie, and will act as liaisons between the Songleaders and the Auditorium Technical Staff to direct the show from backstage. Responsibilities will also include production of the Songleader Handbook and coordination of Walk-ons and IU Sing performances. Backstage experience is necessary.
