Committee Chair Information

The Indiana University Student Foundation is seeking motivated students that are interested in gaining real world leadership experience directing an IUSF committee.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with Steering Committee members to plan and orchestrate IUSF events.
• Plan, organize, and lead IUSF committee meetings.
• Manage and delegate activities to IUSF general members.
• Work with IUSF advisors and Steering Committee members to ensure events and publications meet IUSF standards.
• May lead, guide, and train other students; may participate in the recruitment of volunteers, and students.
• Miscellaneous committee / IUSF related duties.

Chair interviews will be held at the Wilcox House during the week of January 30th. Interested members should interview for the IUSF committee in which they are interested in serving as a Chairperson (i.e. L5C2, Marketing, etc.). Specific chair assignments will be made by IUSF Advisors and IUSF Steering Committee. Please sign up for an interviews by Friday January 27th (sign-up will be available at IUSF Call-Out and at the Wilcox House). Business Casual dress is required for interviews.

The Indiana University Student Foundation is a student run organization that coordinates campus events such as IU Sing and Little 500®. A non-profit organization, IUSF has awarded over $1 million in scholarships since 1951 to working students of Indiana University. Over 450 members participate in the organization each year.
